Combining more than 40 years of executive leadership experience across commercial, government and for purpose sectors, they bring deep expertise in operating model redesign, workforce transformation, governance, financial performance and technology enabled change.

Unlike traditional advisory firms, Evolve.i combines strategic advisory capability with real world executive leadership experience. Raj and Lyudmyla have led complex organisations through large scale transformation, organisational restructuring, workforce reform, digital implementation and operational growth, giving them a practical understanding of the commercial, operational and governance realities organisations face.

Raj Nair is a transformation and growth strategist with more than 20 years of executive and advisory experience across commercial, government and for purpose sectors. He advises Boards, CEOs and executive teams on operating model redesign, organisational performance, AI adoption and enterprise transformation.​ Prior to co founding Evolve.i, Raj held senior executive roles including CEO, CFO and COO, leading complex organisations through growth, restructuring, financial improvement, digital uplift and large scale operational change. He brings a rare combination of board level governance, executive P&L accountability and hands on transformation delivery.​​​​ ​​At Evolve.i, Raj leads strategy, AI enabled transformation, governance and operational redesign engagements, helping organisations align technology, data, workforce and decision making to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.​ Raj has worked across professional services, healthcare, disability, aged care, education, FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, hospitality and public services, bringing cross sector insight to organisations navigating complexity, growth and change. ​​With more than $1.1B in operational oversight experience, transformation initiatives delivered across 350+ entities and work spanning 12+ commercial and for purpose sectors, Raj is recognised for helping organisations translate complex business and technology challenges into practical transformation strategies that strengthen performance, scalability and long term sustainability. Managing Director | Workforce, Operations & Organisational Transformation

Lyudmyla Nair is an executive leader and transformation specialist with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across human services, disability, employment, healthcare, vocational education and commercial operations. She advises executive teams and senior leaders on workforce transformation, organisational design, service delivery improvement and operational performance within complex and highly regulated environments. ​At Evolve.i, Lyudmyla leads workforce transformation, organisational redesign, service modernisation, change implementation and AI workforce readiness initiatives. She brings a practical understanding of how transformation is embedded across people, systems, governance, leadership and day to day operations, ensuring organisations are positioned to adopt change in sustainable and operationally effective ways. ​Her strength lies in aligning people, process and technology to improve workforce capability, operational clarity and service performance. She works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, modernise service delivery models and prepare teams for AI enabled ways of working. ​Lyudmyla has worked across disability, healthcare, employment, vocational education, community services, warehousing and commercial service environments, giving her deep insight into workforce complexity, sector reform, operational sustainability and human centred transformation. ​With more than $90M in operational oversight experience, leadership of 400+ staff and large scale transformation delivery across disability, employment, vocational education and health sectors, Lyudmyla is recognised for combining strategic thinking with practical implementation discipline, stakeholder engagement and strong operational leadership. ​Areas of Focus 1.
