Embedding AI as an Organisational Capability
Strategised and led the organisation-wide adoption of AI-enabled note-taking and meeting intelligence from frontline services through to Board governance, reducing administrative burden while establishing the governance, data and workforce foundations for broader AI adoption.

Healthcare & Aged Care
CHALLENGE
The organisation wanted to begin adopting AI at scale, but needed a practical entry point that could deliver immediate value while building confidence, governance and capability across the workforce.
Documentation and meeting records required significant manual effort across frontline services, case management, client acquisition, People & Culture, leadership and Board governance. Introducing different AI tools independently across these functions risked fragmented adoption, inconsistent data handling and limited organisational learning.
The opportunity was to use one enterprise AI capability to reduce administrative burden while establishing the governance, integration, knowledge and change foundations required for broader AI adoption.
IMPACT
The initiative embedded AI across multiple levels of the organisation—from frontline service delivery to executive and Board governance, while creating the foundations for more sophisticated AI adoption.
~55% of workforce: AI-enabled documentation and meeting workflows reduced administrative burden across a significant proportion of the organisation.
Board → Frontline: A single enterprise capability supported Allied Health, case management, client acquisition, P&C, leaders, executives, committees and Board meetings.
~50% cost offset: Eliminating outsourced Board minute-taking costs offset approximately half of the annual investment in the enterprise-wide AI solution.
Integrated information flows: AI-generated notes and meeting records were incorporated into workflows connecting systems including Salesforce, BoardPro and SharePoint.
Improved quality & consistency: More consistent documentation structure and professional language improved the quality of notes and meeting records across different organisational levels.
AI capability established: Communication, change management and practical workforce adoption helped establish organisational confidence in AI while creating foundational governance, data and technology capability for subsequent AI initiatives.
Established the governance, workforce, data and integration foundations required to progress from a practical AI use case toward broader organisational AI capability.
